Do you accept credit cards?

We accept American Express, Master Card and Visa.
There is a surcharge of 1.75% for domestic cards and 2.9% for international cards.

There is no surcharge for bank transfers.

How do we confirm a booking?

A deposit of 25% is usually required to secure your booking.

Can you pick me up from my house or hotel?

Yes, we can.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, we provide child restraints for children under 5 free of charge. Please let us know when you book.

Do you provide group tours?

All our tours are family and group tours with the exception of snow tours which are conducted on both a private and public tour basis. Please contact us for a best price quote.

What is the minimum group size?

The minimum group size is 2 and there is no limit to the maximum. If it is in one vehicle, the maximum is 45.

Do you provide air tickets?

Yes, we provide air tickets to outbound tourists from Australia to Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Thailand only, when combined with one of our tour packages.

Which schools does the school bus service?

At the moment only MacRob, but please let us know if you are interested for any others.
